Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders during promotions or when your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other reasons, your package may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

K-21° cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We'll investigate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
