At K-21°, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned with all original accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
